My name is Jim Batcho. I am a former San Francisco Bay area resident now living in Busan, Korea. I teach sound and media studies courses for the School of Digital Content and the Graduate School of Digital Design departments at Kyungsung University.

Aside from teaching, I involve myself in various academic, creative, and exploratory endeavors. I play music, write, research, design and mix sound, record noises, travel and take pictures. I also do my best to dig deeper into the Korean language.
